Dobromir Todorov has 14 years of experience in IT, ranging from systems
development in assembly language to systems and infrastructure architecture.

He has worked with large customers in the telecommunications, financial,
healthcare, manufacturing, and government sectors on projects ranging from Voice-
over-IP and call centers to public key infrastructure and SSL termination.

Primarily based in the United Kingdom, Dobromir has worked with large enterprises
in Europe, the United States, India, the Philippines, and China.

Dobromir received his M.Sc. degree in computer engineering from the Technical
University of Sofia, Bulgaria, Faculty of Computer Systems and Management in
2000. He became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer on Windows NT 3.51 in
1997, and achieved the Microsoft MCSE: Security and MCSE: Messaging
specializations in 2002. In the same year, Dobromir worked as a Subject Matter
Expert to provide content for the CompTIA Security+ exam, and became one of the
exam “grandfathers”; He achieved Cisco CCNA in 2001, and CCIE Routing and
Switching in 2003. In 2005, reflecting his extensive exposure to Security
Architecture and Management, he also achieved ISC2 CISSP certification.

In addition to IT infrastructure architecture and delivery experience, Dobromir has
considerable experience delivering technical training. He became a Microsoft
Certified Trainer (MCT) in 1996 and has delivered many Microsoft Official
Curriculum Courses and presentations, as well as custom training on security,
networking, and project management.

Dobromir lives near Reading, United Kingdom, with his wife and two children. In
addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys philosophy, foreign languages,
sports, and good food.
